With Swfer Flash Player you could play,pause,stop,replay,forward,back zoom in,zoom out, go to any frame,full screen...... while you are playing your flash movies.
You could control the speed of the flash movies with "Speed Control" in Swfer, you could also use "Manual Control" to go forward or back with any speed by simply press the keys. And Swfer can play the flash movie for you while you are downloading it from the internet, so you do not have to wait for 100% to see it.
